First of all...

While I'm proud of conquering those institutional programs, I strongly reject the notion that degrees define my true abilities. Even though I gained a wealth of theoretical knowledge in my fields of study, time and again it's been proven to me that hands-on technical skills trump theory every time. Theory is useful, it accelerates understanding of concepts, explains quirky behaviors, and lays the groundwork, but it's merely a launchpad to greater things. And those greater things? That's where my real skills lie: in the practical, battle-tested expertise I'm relentlessly pursuing.
